Ever since I was young I had a love for art, expressing it mainly with realism in graphite and sculpture. When I returned home in 2015 after four years in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer I found work as a Carpenter. The skills I learned as a carpenter slowly began to meld with my love of art until I decided to combine what I loved with my skillset and make beautiful things for peoples homes. When thinking of a name for my business I reverted to the Marine Corps love of Nordic mythology and chose Yggdrasil, which is the Nordic tree of life.
